You KNOW you've been where this guy is right now. Those stupid, tone-deaf automated menus you get before you can actually get a representative. Then the representatives you do get are asinine about getting you any sort of assistance whatsoever. When it really comes down to it, most of the time you'd like to just cancel your service but can't because you know that every other service is going to be EXACTLY the same.
