The mother of all internet video phenomena was the Dancing Baby, otherwise known as the Cha-cha baby and the Ooga Chucka Baby. The baby was born in cyberspace in silence before an audio file was added, "Hooked on a Feeling" by B.J. Thomas. In 1998 it became a star on Fox's "Ally McBeal" show, reminding the title character that her biological clock was ticking. The baby has been called "stupid," "ugly," "annoying" and "drunk."
