Our favorite "Pretty Woman," Julia Roberts was honored with the 22nd Annual Cinematheque Award. She has reason to show off that thousand-watt smile because her famous friends like Natalie Portman are there and she's not ashamed of her fuller post baby figure. After receiving the award from Denzel Washington Julia gestured to her breasts and said "Is there a hungry baby in the house? Just come on up!"
