The Republican party has postured itself as the party of security since 9/11 and often accuses the Democrats of being "weak" on national defense. Well, they can't accuse Joe Biden — the leader in the fight to get Mine Resistant vehicles (Republican's can't accuse him of not supporting the troops) — of being "weak."
